Blouson Dress

This black and white blouson dress was only worn once and has a small v-neck attached to a silver clasp and is open 3 inches. The top half has white lace and fish-net material and has a polyester black slip and polyester material on the bottom. It is 37.5 inches long and has two black balls with elastic band to attach the dress in the back.
