delilahbankhead @chaos1205 hi, I am so sorry. We have been on the other side of the country with a cross country move. the skirt is 35in long and the waist is roughly 14in but keep in mind it is high waisted, so it is suppose to rest at the smallest part of your wasit. Thank you!
