Blue 3/4 sleeve dress

Adorable dress, elastic waist, sheer sleeves with cutouts, hits just above my knee and I’m 5’6” Tag states size 14, I am a size 4/6 mostly and I liked the way it fit me but could definitely fit someone in a larger range of sizes. The elastic is not stretched at the waist at all when on me and has a lot of stretch to it. This definitely could fit a range of sizes
