Blue 50’s inspired dress

50’s style fitted dress. Cute little tulips all over. Zipper in back. Small hole in bust area. It was a little low on my shoulders so I had the straps pinned with safety pins. You can see the tiny holes in the picture. Very sweet and sexy piece. No size or brand. I’d put it at a size 4
