Blue Ann Taylor sheath dress

Blue sheath dress with white lace inlay on shoulders and back. Knee length, flattering silhouette. The Ann Taylor tag seems to have fallen out but I know it's from there.. I was on an Ann Taylor kick for a minute there. I think I wore this maybe once.
