Blue B - Blue Floral Smocked maxi dress

Blue B - Maxi Dress- Blue Floral - Smocked Chest & arms, small puff shoulder Size L Light weight. Soft fabric I love it but the chest is a bit too tight. I am a 38C. I love how it fit from the waist down - flowed nicely over the hips without a lot of fabric. Does not cling. Will fit a M-L smaller chest Never worn- just tried on a few times with hopes I could pull it off.
