Brand new without tags! These are sooo soft and lightweight, flowy and beautiful! They are very high waisted. I am 5’6 they have plenty of length on floor. The elastic waistband was just a tad too snug for me :( so I am selling for half the price I paid- my loss is your gain! Size L fits like a 10
