Blue Beaded Open Back Dress

Dress in great condition and only worn once with zipper on side. Elegant beaded neck line that extends to the back. Dress is fitted and size fits more like a womens size 2. Dress was also hemmed and would better fit a 5 foot 3 female or shorter.
