Blue Bebe dress - size XS

Blue bandage dress from Bebe. Size XS (I was a 4 when I wore). Has stretch. I wore in Vegas, would also be perfect for NYE, Miami, or a bachelorette party. Super flattering and pulls you in. Has a cutout at the top of the chest. Could wear a regular bra (mine showed a little but with a better fit it would not show). Smoke free / pet free home
