Blue & Black Lace Ruffle Petticoat Skirt

worn a couple times, elastic waist is 24-36 inches, 16 inches long, there is a small 1/2 inch hole on the back by the seam, it is about 2 inches below the waist and is on the bottom layer of tulle....as shown in the last 3 pictures.....
