This is a never worn black mini skirt/skort from Blue Blush, which is sold by Saved by the Dress. It is really fun, it looks like a wrapped skirt from the front but shorts are visible from the back. It has a zipper in the back as the fabric is not stretchy, but it is anti wrinkles fabric.
