Blue Boots

I bought these new online but dont remember which platform. It was a couple years ago. I found a picture in my gallery that I took while deciding to buy them. I have wore these a handful of times but they are to close to being too small. I can only wear thin socks because when I walk my toes get scrunched in the toe box. And they say 39 on the bottoms I have never had a 39 be too small before. I am normally a 7.5. So I would say these will fit a size 7 or a 38 perfect. I found one small blemish, in last picture.
