Blue Brocade Kimora Lee Simmons Dress

Stunning! The Navy-blue brocade features beautiful red, silver and bronze tone floral design. The dress can be worn with its self-belt or without. Either way it's a beautiful dress. Has wonderful side slits that make it easy to sit in. I purchased this dress while traveling but never had the chance to ware it. The measurements are taken flat and to the best of my ability.
