EUC hardly worn vintage blue cape floor length maxi dress with lace neckline. Size S/M No fabric content tag - feels like polyester or other synthetic blend. No holes, tears, stains, or odors. Minor threadpulls on the lace, could be fixed or removed/replaced/embellished. The thread for the hook and eye closures has some loose threads. The closures still work, there's just loose threads around them.
