Beautiful light blue soft flowy top by CeCe. Long loose bell shaped sleeves with pleated details. Round neckline. Top of bodice is pleated leaving the bottom of the bodice gathered. Five buttons allow for easy pull over style. Small area where threads are loose in top seam. Located under arm. I noticed when I was taking photos. Shown in photo.
