Blue Chelsea & Violet dress, XS, perfect for Spring!!

How cute is this?? Never worn! It doesn’t have the hanging straps on the inside so when it was hanging, I had it folded over at the waist and put it on a pants hanger so the mesh at the top wouldn’t be stretched out from a regular hanger. Now it’s folded and may need ironing. Some details: beautiful bright flowers embroidered and sewn on the sheer material- which is soft; not scratchy. The lining is cotton- cool! 😎 And the overlay fabric is soft and like gauze but not thin. The waist is elastic but there are no belt loops. I think if you wanted to add a ribbon-belt, it would be extra feminine. Measurements lying flat: Shoulders hem to hem is 18”. Total length of dress is 33” Waist at elastic is 12”
