Blue Christina Wu Semi Formal Dress

NWT. Flowy & fun short blue chiffon dress by Christina Wu in size 10. Sheer sleeves and back tied keyhole details. Padded cups. Would work great as a semi formal/homecoming/prom dress, or as a bridesmaids dress. I just noticed a little bit of yellowing in left armpit, I'm guessing from girls trying it on at the boutique? (see last pics). The only other thing that I can see is on the right cup of the bust, the way it has been sewn, the fabric gathers underneath, like it was folded an extra time when it shouldn't have been (see 3rd to last pic). Idk if it even shows when on, as I got this as a gift for my niece, but it was the wrong size & didnt fit. But it looks like if someone were to open it up from the inside seam, they could trim it off to smooth it out. Measurements laying flat: -Pit to pit on the back is 17.5", (from centered side seam to side seam). -Pit to pit from the front, to include bust, is 21.5" (together it equals 39" for bust) -Waist is 15.5" *Measurements taken by hand, and may not be exact bc they were taken flat. Refer to size chart for more accuracy.
