This stylish top is one of a kind, locally designed by boutique atelier Joleen Torvick. Color blocked with a vibrant blue upper and a deep navy-black lower portion. Designed with a relaxed fit and longer short sleeves, it's incredibly flattering and comfortable. Also features a scoop neck and raw hem in the color block. Excellent used condition with a tiny darkened spot (fabric flaw). Hardly noticeable, see last photo.
