Blue Cotton Jacket

I bought this jacket in India and have loved it so much. It has a ruffled trim, two hook and loop fasteners, and is a nice, thin layer over a white t-shirt. It has a cropped, flirtatious design. The perfect top for a spring evening out! It is sized extra small.
