Blue Cotton Modcloth Hours Skirt

Blue ModCloth skirt, 15 3/4 waist lying flat and 25 length. Great shape. Size L, no stretch in waist. Hidden zipper and hook and eye closure. Roman numerals in white along the middle/bottom. Used as part of a Tardis outfit and also worn to work.
