Blue Cowl Neck Dress S

This pretty blue cowl neck dress is like a light sweater fabric. It is in good used condition. Some pilling but it is not noticeable when wearing. Very comfortable. The sleeves hit just above the elbow. From shoulder to hem the length is approximately 32". Great with tall boots or tights and ankle boots!
