It's done on three individual strands of silver tone beading wire with a lobster clasp. Suspended on the sires are a variety of beads, including small blue glass beads, small silver tone beads, light blue bicone beads, and light blue cat eye beads. It has a silver pendant with a silver tone bail and bezel, while the middle has a faceted rectangular gem done over a foil to make it look like crackling ice.
