Blue Deep-V Flowy Dress

Soft and comfortable stretchy blue dress. The top hugs the breast area. The band under the chest area or "waistband" is 11 inches across but is super forgiving and has comfortable stretch up to 14 inches, so it's great for waist sizes 22-26 inches. It can stretch to 28, but probably won't be as comfortable. Great for casual wear, date night, brunch, etc.!
