Blue Dot Dress - Worn Once!!

Beautiful deep blue dress with raises dots detail all over. Ruffle neckline, see through sleeves cinched at wrist. This is a boxy, flowy dress that hits above the knee. Button closure at top of neckline in back of dress. This was worn ONE time for a wedding. I’m excellent condition.
