Blue Dotted Blouse by Ann Taylor Factory

EUC I LOVE this blouse, it's just too small. Blouse has two layers. The inner one is slightly longer. The outer one has a split seam in the back for extra flowiness. Blue blouse with black and white dots throughout. Measurements in the pics!
