Blue Dress ✨

Blue dress with cut-out on the bottom. Dress has a little bit of stretch but not much. This would be perfect for someone with a smaller chest size. I did have this tailored so fit would be more of a size 2. Included photos of the shoulder straps where I had tailored to be off the shoulder. DM for questions
