Blue Prom Dress Formal Gown Floor Length Bridesmaid Empire Waist It is preowned, in great condition, hardly looks like it was ever worn! I love the empire waist, very flattering for many different body types! It has a back zipper. It was worn once as a bridesmaid's dress, dry cleaned, & stored in a garment bag. Material is polyester. Dry Clean only. Skirt has 2 layers of fabric an outer more transparent meshy layer & an inner solid layer both in the same shade of blue. Model is 5'3" wearing 4.5" heels.
