Blue Evening Dress 16P

Electric Blue is the color name but in the pictures see different lighting changes it. I saw it as navy in the store. Has sparkles on the top coat and top chest. The dress covers your shoulders but doesn’t have short sleeves. The coat is to cover over the dress. They can be separated. Inside dress white deodorant mark from trying on that can’t be seen outside. Was never worn after being tried on in the store at Von Maur. Evening dress or mother of the bride. Great for the holidays too. My mom is 5ft 3in and she didn’t need to make alterations. Back upper neck note color
