Blue Express Summer Dress

Beautiful periwinkle blue halter dress from Express! This is a cute dress that hits above the knees, and is light and airy for summer. Could go well with a belt or by itself! The material is made from polyester and has a lining underneath so it's not see-through. The dress has a hook on the back neck and a zipper on the side. Only worn a few times and in perfect condition - delicately washed and air-dried (never in dryer).
