Blue Floral American Apparel Skater Skirt

The make is distinctively old American Apparel, very good used condition because I bought it myself in 2013. It’s one of the few pieces I rarely wear because it’s hard for me to match with stuff in my wardrobe. Miraculous quality, high elastic waistband that’s double lined so you can fold it to whatever length, a tiny pinafore or as a skirt — adjustable high rise or low rise or peplum. The material is stretch and solid, and the print is a beautiful blue teal floral against a background is a more pinkish than yellow faded off white.
