Blue Floral Cold Shoulder Dress

This beautiful blue floral dress from Torrid has only been worn once. The sleeves come down on your shoulders, but still has straps to help it stay up. I am 5'7" and it hits just below the knee on me. It is a Torrid Size 1, which would be a 1X or a 14/16. It's perfect for a Spring or Summer Wedding or event. HAS POCKETS!
