Blue Floral Cotton Lightweight Kickpleat Summer Skirt

This skirt is really pretty, and well made. It has a gauzy inside lining that comes down about 3/4”s of the length of the skirt and is attached only at the top. Keeping the skirt lightweight but adding a nice fullness. There are 4 kick pleats. Two in front and two in back giving the skirt a lot of movement. The waist is elastic and measures 14”, double for circumference. The length of the skirt is 21”. The shell and lining are both 100% cotton.
