Blue Floral Dress

Long sleeve dress with slits in the sleeve exposing the arm. The dress is a short length but not a mini. I'm 5'8" and it hits slightly above my knees. Beautiful floral pattern. Detail on top with a strap across the back. Loose fitting and flowy style. 100% rayon. Small snags in some threads.
