Blue Floral Dress

This blue and green floral dress is one of my favorites. It is on the shorter side but long enough to wear to school (we had a strict dress code). There are belt loops on the side but it never came with a belt. I would wear a brown braided belt (would sell with the dress if I still had it). Junior's Medium! Blazer is also available!
