Blue Floral Dress

In Great Pre-Loved condition, worn once, womens Large, Blue Floral Dress. Open back design summer dress, wrapped irregular hem. White lace dress with asymmetrcal skirt. Chiffon and lace, flowy style, soft and comfy to wear. Slip under hits at about 28" (shown in photo 5). Comes with chiffon belt for waist. I would say sizing runs kind of small. But Back does have elastic to give more room on waist, and top has adjustable straps.
