There is a small spot along the side seam where the hem is loose and a few spots that have already been stitched back down. Waist measures 25 1/2" when wrapped and tied as small as it goes and can go up to 40" while still being wrapped and tied easily. It could fit up to 44" but then you would probably want to wear leggings or something underneath. Length is 37". Smoke free, pet free home.
