Blue Floral Maxi Dress

Perfect flowy summer dress. Maxi - long in length. Scrunch and tie back! I wear a size XS/S and this dress was a little big on me but still fit well enough to wear out. Great for church, going out to dinner, and walking around in. Has a sheer layer underneath. Spaghetti straps are adjustable and so it’s the tie in the back. Tiered look on the dress!
