mklassicb @windgate31678 Hey Windgate, Flat measurements are as follows: Waist - 17 1/2” Shoulder to waist - 16” Waist to hem - 26” I bought it and wore once to a wedding in January of 2019. Loved it, but does not fit quite right anymore. Sent to your email as well. Thanks! Kathryn
