karagilbert77 @wedressfresh not hard at all. She often did the buttoning herself unless she was in a hurry to go to the bathroom. I’m not home now but I will check the type of button closure when I am. I think it’s the kind with the elastic loop.

karagilbert77 @wedressfresh 5-6. She is 7 now and just outgrew it. I just checked it and it’s a regular button but just one at the top. It’s pretty high up on the neck so if she can feel her way through the button, it’s easy to reach. Also, the bow is permanently tied so that’s not an issue.

wedressfresh @karagilbert77 ah thanks!!! Most girls can’t unbutton themselves so they can’t wear them to school which I think is a shame

karagilbert77 @wedressfresh yeah, I definitely wouldn’t recommend for school because even my determined one struggled if she had to pee quickly. Also, because you have to take the whole thing down, it could wind up sitting on the dirty floor of a school bathroom. Yuck! She wore it on the weekends when she wanted to look cute so it was never an issue for us. I’m actually really sad to get rid of it because I loved it on her.

karagilbert77 @wedressfresh never. It’s awful. Especially because we have so many cute clothes! My older daughter just started high school and is thrilled to finally wear what she wants! Of course now she is the age where she basically looks like she’s in pajamas or bad workout clothes all the time. Can’t win.
