Blue Floral Sheer Poly Skirt with Lining, Size 18

This is a pretty floral skirt by Norton McNaughton, size 18. I bought it and it just didn't fit right, which is a shame because I love it! It is in very nice shape. Measurements waist 38", length 25". This is a sheer poly over a solid lining. It zips up the side, and there is no give at the waist.
