Blue Floral Sleeveless Tie-waist Mini Dress

Dress was worn maybe twice and is in perfect condition. Dress does not have stretch to it but isn’t meant to be a tight dress so is generous for a size small. It is meant to be more of a fit and flare type style and has elastic and a removable tie around the waist. Dress is lined and has a zipper at the back. Purchased from Pink Lily boutique.
