Blue Flower Sheer Overlay Scallop Hem Dress

Fitted bust area that hits right at the waste and the skirts bubbles out at the waist and falls straight/a-line down. It is a sheer material with large blue stitched flowers. It is lined completely with a nude fabric. Size small but fits more on smaller end of size small. I am a 27/28 waist and 34 in the bust and it doesn’t zip up anymore for me. It’s really well made and a durable material. I’ve only ever worn it a few times for special occasions.
