Blue Formal Gown

Beautiful blue mermaid/drop waist formal gown! Has only been worn once and had minimal signs of wear. A few small beads are missing but that is to be expected on a dress like this and no large spots to point out. Clips were added on the inside to add straps (I don’t have the straps anymore that were used). Built in cup formation, zipper + tie up back allows for breath ability and size adjustment. It is about a size 2 but has been altered.
