Blue Frilly Skirt

I woild say if you are 160 pounds or over it might fit you. The brand is caller L8ter. The size is Large. It is made in Mexico. It has been worn a couple of times. I have one in a sparky black with sequins as well. Probably only willing to sell one as I dont have that many skirts.
