Fabulous statement dress in light blue by Rotate by Birger Christensen with fringe down the back and arms. Only worn a few times and unfortunately no longer fits me. Has an artsy, contemporary cool look- the dress fits tight in the hips but purposefully so to give it more shape. Also has pockets! Fab dress!! Size USA 4/ EU 36 / UK 8
