Blue mini dress with all over mesh glitter overlay. Lined. Sparkly plastic gemstones at the top of the bust. Back plastic zipper. White straps. I believe they are meant to be removed by the buyer and were sewn on by the manufacturer for easy store display on a hanger. But you could leave them on as is as well.
