Blue Glow in the Dark Drink Me Necklace

Blue Alice in Wonderland themed glow-in-the-dark “drink me” necklace. Contains little rocks enclosed in a cute corkscrew bottle that glow when they absorb light. To glow, it must be charged by shining a light on the necklace for about 1-2 minutes, rotating the bottle so that all rocks are evenly covered by light.
