Blue, Gold, & Black Adjustable Fashion Necklace, the outer layer is a black sturdy mesh in a braid form (not sure if plastic, metal or combo of both) that is filled with red and gold sparkly stones, the end hood is gold and has an adjustable chain link that is starting to tarnish b/c it is not real gold, never worn but had for a long time just couldn’t part ways with it because it is so pretty, will come from a pet/smoke free home
