Blue & Gold Lula Roe Amelia Dress - It Has Pockets! [NWT]

I originally bought this super cute dress from a Facebook-based Lula Roe retailer specifically wear to my homecoming (in 2017!) -- blue and gold are my school colors! The dress just didn't fit as I'd hoped. I hung on to it for YEARS. Finally deciding to give it up. This striped Lula Roe dress with pockets has round neckline and short sleeves. The Amelia dress is knee-length and has three tiers.
