Blue & Gold dress

Navy blue dress with gold shimmery polka dots, V-neck and long sleeves. Sleeves are light and see-through but the rest of the dress is lined, with layering at the bottom. Not a mini dress and was used for business casual/networking occasions, worn probably twice. I am 5’4 and fit true to size Size large
